You retain ownership of contracts and documents you upload. By uploading, you grant ClosingStart a license to process, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Vendor Terms

Vendors using ClosingStart agree to:

Provide accurate pricing and service information
Respond professionally to quote requests
Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance for their services
Honor quotes provided through the platform

7. Fees and Payment

Realtors: The Service is free for licensed real estate agents
Vendors: Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Buyers & Sellers: No fees for accessing transaction portals

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers
